My Top Three Garnier Products

Garnier, Garnier Hair Oil, Garnier Body Lotion, Garnier Micellar Water

I used to love Garnier a few years ago, then for some reasons i stopped using them, and a few months ago i decided to try some products from the brand. I am completely obsessed now! These are my top three ones. And i genuinely think everyone should have these products in their bathroom, they are so incredibly good and it's drugstore, which is always a nice bonus.

Ganrnier Fructis SOS Hair Repair Oil. I used to hate this product in the summer, i thought it made my hair greasy. I'm not sure what had happend since then, but now i love it so much, i use it every single day after i washed my hair, while it's still wet. I feel like it also works as a heat protector even though it doesn't say so on the bottle. Despite the terribly cold weather, my ends are in the best condition ever.

Garnier Oil Beauty Nourishing Lotion. My newest love. I bought this because Emily Rose mentioned it a few times on her YouTube channel. The second i put this on my body was the second i fell in love with the lotion. It moistrizes my body very well without feeling too oily or thick. It soaks in extremely quickly. My skin looks shiny and healthy after using the product. And it smells nicely, too.

Garnier Micellar Water. A most famous Garnier product. And it's very worth the hype. I feel like evryone knows about it, and not much needs to be said. You simply take off your makeup with it, and it doesn't even need to be washed off afterwards. Works just great.

I will keep repurchasing these products forever more, because they are my all-time favorites and essentials. Highly recommend trying them out <3

LUSH Yog Nog Bath Bomb Review

I recently did a lush haul, where i showed you all the products i got from there (obviously). This was one of them, and if i'm honest i tried this bath bomb even before i published my lush haul:) I haven't used any lush products for quite a while, and i was too exited to wait.

I believe this bath bomb is their winter editional one. I asked the worker for the most moistrizing bomb, and she adviced me this one. It has the typical lush scent, which i like. When i put the bomb in my bath, the water turned almost neon yellow colour, which i did not expect. And it was the first time when half of the bomb was enough, i normally use the entire bomb at a time. So, it was a nice surprise.

There was a lot of tiny glitter pieces in the water, which weren't noticable on the body after the bath. My skin felt so moistrized! I didn't feel the need to put lotion afterwards, because my skin already felt great. Might be one of my favorite lush productsm actually! What's yours?

First Benefit Buys Ever

As on of my birthday presents i wanted Hoola Bronzer, because every single blogger raves about it, all reviews are great, and i just wanted it badly! First thing i did as January sales started is i went shopping, of course.

Hoola Bronzer. I've been using it for two weeks now, and i'm absolutely in love with the product! The quality is amazing, the shade is beautiful, and it stays on all day! I'm so happy i got this! As there's already thousands reviews on the bronzer, i'm not sure i will write a separate post about it. Though i'm quite positive you will hear me rave about this much more. I just love it so much!

Benetint. As i was looking through things on the Benefit counter, i saw this cheek and lip staying. I immediately grabbed both products and bought them. I completely forgot this thing existed, but i remember i really wanted to buy this a few years ago, but it wasn't available in my country yet. I have a bit mixed opinion on the product after trying it. The staying power on my lips isn't great for the price at all. Maybe that's because of the cold, i don't know. I will continue using this and definately let you know what i think later. But i do like it a lot for cheeks.

I'm very happy with both goods, i now want to try much more Benefit products, i'm so inpressed! Don't know why i haven't tried anything from the brand earlier. They're amazing! Do you know what else i might like from them? If you do, please let me know in the comments! I would really appreciate that!

Lots of love,
Dasha

Sephora Face Mask

Sephora face mask, moistrizing and brightening face mask, sephora rose mask

This was my first time ever trying Sephora face mask, i didn't even know we had Sephora products in my city. They have quite a few different types of these masks to try (moisrizing&soothing, anti-aging&smoothing, toning&revitalizing, anti-fanigue&energizing, moistrizing&brightening, perfecting&brightening, mattifying&anti-blemish, nourishing&balancing). Since it's winter and it's ridiculously cold where i live, i decided to go with the moistrizing and brightening one. The cost is similar to a cheapest lush bath balm, so it's not too expensive, but also not something i would buy all the time. Only occasionaly when i want to treat myself. Now was the time to do so, my skin has been feeling poorly and it definately needed a good face mask.

It has a bit rosy scent to it, which i don't mind. It looks quite funny on the face. It's one of those masks where you just put on a tissue (that has holes for your eyes, lips and nose), leave it for 10-15 minutes (i did 20), take off the tissue and voila! You don't even need to wash it off, just tap some cream (or whatever it's that's left after the mask) into you face. My skin felt so moisrized and healthy after the mask! I highly recommend everyone trying this out. I honestly don't know how someone can not like it!

Maybelline Brow Drama Mascara Review

Maybelline, Brows, Maybelline Brow Drama, Review, makeup, drugstore makeup

I bought this brow mascara a few weeks ago, and i've been using it ever since. So many people talked about this - they either loved or hated it. I wanted to give this product a try so much! As you can see on the picture, i got this in Dark Brown and it is a perfect match for me.
Just to give you a better idea, my eyebrows are quite dark, even black, i would say, but it's not as black as ink, it just normal black if it makes any sense. And i just fill them in, i don't change the shape or anything like that. And that product is so so good for that!

First of all, here is the brush. The colour on it looks a bit weird, it's not like that in the real life at all! I would actually say it looks more black than brown on me.

Pros:
- Locks my eyebrows in place perfectly! They literally don't move throughout the entire day (i mean the hairs not eyebrows). I used a gel to set them before but it wouldn't compare to the Maybelline one.
- Even though it completely locks them, they still look very natural! You wouldn't tell i've used a product on my eyebrows if you met me. Honestly, i myself wouldn't tell.
- As i said, the colouк match is perfect for me. What i also really like is that you can buy this mascara in transparent colour!
- The price is amazing for the quality! I mean it is a drugstore product.

Cons:
- I wouldn't really use it on it's own, i still use my browpencil before using the mascara. I mean, if you want something quick and very natural, probably this is the way to go for you. But i like my eyebrows quite dark yet natural.
- I really think they should change the brush's shape. I sometimes, especially when i first got it, fill them a bit out of a line. And then i have to whipe off the excess, which is not a big deal, it's just a bit annoying.

Overall, that is a great product, good job, Maybelline! I would recommend you trying it out if you don't mind dealing with еру excess product every now and then. I don't, so i will definatelly continue using this.

Lush Haul

Lush, haul, comforter shower gel, beauty, pampering, blogging

Hey guys! It's been awhile since i last wrote lush related post. I recently got a few pieces from there, and i thought i would share.

First one is pretty obvious by the picture, The Comforter Shower Gel. I've heard so many people rave about it, and luckily, my best friend gave it to me as one of my birthday presents, which i was incredibly happy about! I absolutely loved the smell, might be my favorite one from lush, actually. No need to say, i will write a thorough review on this gel a bit later.

Next things i picked up myself, but it also was a gift from my mom for New Year. Again, i will have reviews on all the following prodcuts any time soon!

Sex Bomb. I almost bought it last time i visited lush, but something stopped me. Yet so many people said they loved it, so i thought i would give it a try. I really like the look and the smell of the bomb. I'm really exited to use it!

Comforter Bubble Bar. I mainly picked this up because i liked the smell of the shower gel so much, and they have the same scent (obviously, they have the same name), so i decides to try this one out as well. I actually already used a piece of it, and i loved it!

Last but not least, Yog Nog Bomb. I asked the consultant what was the best moistrizing bomb, and she told me it was this one. So i followed her advice and got it. Also already gave this one a try, couldn't wait. Review on this one will be up VERY soon!

Blog Goals For 2016

Blogging, diary, notebook, planner, mug, cup, starbucks, white, blogger

This post is anywise a Part 2 of my previous post, which is My New Year's Resolutions // Life Goals For 2016 one. This is something i wasn't sure i would write because i was afraid that if i wouldn't reach these goals i might be upset. But then i thought i would still write the post, just so it would be easier to keep track of the progress and also maybe motivate me to keep doing my best for the blog.
  • Be consistent and post regulary. I am really bad at this so far. I don't want to set myself a schedule but i do want to write at least 2-3 posts a week.
  • Reach 150 followers on my Google account. I'm quite positive about that, my google followers are very supportive, and i think we can make it till the end of the year (hopefully).
  • Reach 100 followers on Bloglovin' (here). I'm really not sure about that. I gain followers on there extremely slowly, and i know it's not about the numbers but i would be so happy if more people read my blog. I'm so passionate about it, i want to share my thoughts, and it's just nice to know that someone actually likes to read them:)
  • Do more fashion posts. That's something i'm very interested in. Right now it's 25C below 0 out, therefore it's just impossible to take pictures outside, but when spring and summer come, hopefully, i will be able to do outfit posts. I would love that!
  • Find a blogging friend. I honestly want to find someone i could talk about all these blogger's things so badly! I think that would be a really nice experience to have. So if you would like to talk with me personally someday, please feel free to contact me wherever it is convinient for you.
  • Improve my photography. I've seen this point in a lot of other bloggers' posts but that's an essential. If you blog, you take pictures, and, of course, you want to get better and better at what you do. I feel like i've already improved my photography skills a bit comparing to my first posts but there's just no limit!
Thank you so much for reading!

New Year's Resolutions // Life Goals For 2016

candle, ikea, blogging, inspiration

I was planning to do this post much earlier but, you know, thinking of your goals for 2016 is a bit time-consuming. I don't really like the term "resolutions", i like to think of them more as of goals for the years because to me it's much more motivating. In this post i will share with you some of my life goals for 2016, and one of the next posts will be my blog goals.

  • Reset my sleep pattern and stick to it. I'm not really good at this. My university classes start at absolutely different time everyday, so it is very difficult for me to always wake up at the same time. Sometimes my first class starts at 9 o'clock (which means i have to wake up at 6.30) and sometimes at 2 o'clock. As i've noticed i'm at my best when i wake up between 9 and 10. Since i'm on my winter break my sleeping patter is crazy now, i go to bed at 3 am and wake up at 1 or 2 pm, which is so bad!
  • Try meditation or something relaxing. I take everything too close to heart and i stress out so easily, i NEED to relax more. I want to try some sort of medication and do it a few times a week for 15-20 minutes.
  • Eat healthier. We all knew this would be in this post at some point. My eating habbits are terrible and i eat a lot of junk food (i'm talking A LOT). Last few weeks of December i tried to change my "diet" and i was pretty good at it but because of holidays i'm back where i started. I'm not even saying eat healthy, just healthier.
  • Go to church at least once a month. Something you probably didn't know about me is that i do go there every now and then. But this year i want to do it more often.
  • Start doing exercises. I'm the worst at it, honestly. I tried a bunch of times but always failed. I want to try and do this at least once a week. Just go into this sport routine by little steps. If i manage to exercise even more often, that would be great!
  • Be thankful. I consider myself as a thankful person in general, at least last few years but beacuse of influence of the social media, youtubers and bloggers i want so many things. And sometimes i just forget to appreciate what i already have - materially and spiritually.
  • Stress less. As i said, i stress about everything all the time. This year i want to stop doing that and be more chilled with my life.
  • Fight anxiety. I never really had bad problems with anxiety, it has always been there, it just didn't bother me too much. But after some things that had happened this December (i talked about this in my previous post) i feel like my anxiety is now completely out of control. It interferes me from living a normal life. I need to start doing something with it.
  • Take more care of myself. It kind of goes with two previous points. I need to be checked by doctors more often, because i know i have a few health problems but i just ignore them most of the time, which i know is so wrong. Plus i want to have more "me time" and also treat myself more often.
Well, i guess that's all i wanted to share with you. I think there were more, i just can't remember it know. If i do, i probably will update this post. Hope all of you who wrote your New Year's Resolutions and myself will stick to them this year:)

Lots of love,
Dasha

My 2015 (Opening Up)

Okay, i know i just posted my 2015 Sum Up post a few days ago but i just don't feel like i was beeing completely honest there. No, i was but i just said too general things without explaining what i meant, which kind of bothered me. Plus, i thought i would go into details more, so when i look back on this post i would know exactly how i felt and what i experienced in 2015. I mostly write this post for memories, but if you will enjoy reading this, that would honestly mean the world to me!
